IT Supporter | Junior System Engineer (Cloud | VMware)

Your mission

Are you passionate about IT and looking to grow in a dynamic, cloud-driven environment? As an IT Supporter and Junior System Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of their IT issues. While primarily focusing on support tasks, you will also gain hands-on experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, positioning yourself for growth into a more technical Junior Engineer role. - Provide 1st and 2nd level customer support, assisting end customers with IT problems
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure for customers
- Assist in operating cloud systems and solutions
- Perform maintenance work and system optimizations
- Configure, document, and develop existing systems
- Support in event, troubleshooting, and problem management
- Participate in data center projects (network, virtualization, storage, etc.)

Your profile

You have a solid foundation in IT and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly makes you a valuable resource to customers, and your dedication to learning ensures that you’ll thrive in this growing role.

- Completed IT training (e.g., apprenticeship), advanced technical college diploma in IT, or university degree in IT.
- Experience in administering Microsoft and/or Linux server operating systems
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization solutions, Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Flexible, resilient, and committed
- Quick to understand technical concepts, and detail-oriented in your work
- Independent working style, but enjoy collaborating in a young, dynamic team
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English, as English is used internally.
